1. Logging In to the website:
If you already have a Customer ID number and password, click on the “Log In” link on top of the page.
b. If you have received an invitation from the Group's Coordinator either through email or verbal communication, click the “Sign up as a group member” on top of the page.
On the following page, fill in the Customer Group Number:
2. How to invite contacts to be Members of the Group:
a. On the “Accounts Summary” page, click the “Invite- email ordering link”

3. Ordering Procedures:
How to place an order:
Click the “Place an Order” link from the Account Summary page. (please include the order form here with the hover like in the current help section).
Proceed to checkout when you are finished.
How to modify or delete he orders:
Click the “My Current Orders” link and choose “edit” or “delete”. Please note you may edit or delete any orders only if it has not been paid for.
4. How the Coordinator can view the Members’ orders:
a. To make sure all orders have been paid for and are ready to be submitted, click on the “Current Group’s Orders” link
b. To view each individual orders, click the “ Members Order Summary” link.

5. How to modify my personal orders:
From the Account Summary page click on the "My Current Orders" link located on the right-hand side of the page.
For unpaid orders only, choose "edit" to modify the orders or "delete" to remove the entire order.
TO PAY FOR YOUR ORDER: You can click the "Proceed to Checkout" button from the "My Current Orders" page or from the "Group Orders" page, click on the "Submit Order".

6. How to delete uppaid members' orders:
Go to "My Group Orders" page.
On the right hand side of the member's name, click "Delete" to remove unpaid orders.
7. How to check out the group's orders:
Click on the "Group Orders" link.
Please make sure all the orders have been paid for. Otherwise, choose one of the payment options below the members' grid and click the "Submit Group Order" button.
Proceed with the payment process.

Can’t remember the password
From the login page, check the “password reminder” button located underneath the login button
How to change the shipping address: (COORDINATORS ONLY)
On the Summary page, click “edit” on the Current shipping address OR
On the “Order Confirmation page” that appears after you proceed to checkout, enter a new shipping address or select one that is already on file.
