The Group Purchase Program is the perfect solution for you and your chocolate-loving
co-workers, friends and family who want fantastic chocolate at great value. With
this quantity purchase program you can save 25% off the retail price of Purdy's
quality chocolates and nuts. The required minimum order to participate in the Easter 2012
program is 300 after discount (or 400 retail) before shipping and taxes. It shouldn't
be hard to reach this minimum — after all, everyone loves chocolate.
How the Process Works
- Designate a Group Purchase Program Coordinator in your group. The Coordinator
will be responsible for ordering brochures, collecting and dispersing orders, and
submitting one payment for the entire group.
- Contact Purdy’s Group Purchase Support Team at 604-301-4495 or 1-800-661-2378,
or by email at gpp@purdys.com and let us know
how many brochures you require for your group. Distribute a Purdy’s Group
Purchase Brochure to each member and let everyone know the deadline for order
placement.
- Collect the orders from all group members and submit each order form by fax, email
or online through Order Form, where each member can
place their own order and pay with their own credit card.
- When the order arrives, the Coordinator disperses the chocolates to the group.

As your order will not be processed until payment is received, please submit payment
at least eight business days prior to your delivery date. (Cheques require eight extra days for processing.) Please verify all orders
upon receipt with the order confirmation form to ensure accurate delivery. If payment
is by cheque, please make a SINGLE cheque payable to Purdy’s Chocolates.
Delivery and Shipping Charges
Deliveries are made during business hours, normally between 8:00am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. School
deliveries will try to be kept within school hours, unfortunately no delivery times can be guaranteed. As we take pride in the quality of our products,
someone must be present to accept the orders to ensure proper handling and storing.
A 2% shipping charge applies to orders delivered to Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario,
Quebec, and the Maritimes. Within British Columbia, a 4% shipping charge applies
to the Queen Charlotte Islands, Bella Bella Coastal Island region and address with postal code V0T and V0L. A 4% shipping
charge applies to the Yukon and Northwest Territories. A 10% shipping charge applies
to Nunavut.
Important Order Information
Canadian orders only. This direct-to-customer discount program offer is not
available through Purdy’s Chocolates retail stores. All orders will be consolidated
and shipped in a single shipment, to be separated into individual orders within
your group. Your delivery date has been pre-assigned to ensure timely receipt. Delivery
times are between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm. Someone must be present to receive the order.
We recommend storing chocolate at a temperature range between 15°C – 20°C.
